Improvements
The Menus have been reorganised so that the Themes menu is now a part of the tools menu.
New User menu which details product info for the current account.
User menu allows users to purchase additional data into KODIAK Pro starting with Financial Analysis.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where KODIAK Pro would not start if the windows language was other than English.
Fixed the size and transparency of the Trade Ticker icon
Renaming My List would not take effect immediately (user would have to select another list for the rename to be effective)
Fixed the MSI distribution so it would include all the files necessary for the application.
