The caller was not authenticated by the service.

When starting Kodiak OMS you receive the following error message.

 

This often happens after a password change.

This can be because Window stores the credential information for the connection with a username that resembles "username@domain.com," and the SAM name of the account resembles "domain\username2."

To fix this please go to the Start menu, search for and open Credential Manager. Choose Windows Credentials. Find and choose the record for your Kodiak server and choose Remove.

Restart Kodiak OMS.
