Retrieve a lost password

To retrieve a lost password, press Lost password on the KODIAK Pro log in window

This will take you to a website where you enter your username. You will receive an email with the option to change the password.


“There was an error authenticating”

There is a possibility that your PC is not set for proxy authentication. If so you will need to set up proxy in your browser to route traffic through proxy. Contact your IT department if need applies

 


RTD not working in Excel

If there is a problem with the formula in Excel.

Open up Region Settings and then Additional Settings. Make sure that the List separator matches the Excel format.

 


KODIAK Pro does not open after installation

If KODIAK Pro does not open after installation, you must download the Visual C++ Redistributable Package.

KODIAK Pro disconnects

“Market data gateway - Reconnecting to Livemarketdata.com”

KODIAK Pro can disconnect after the computer goes to sleep. Change the Sleep settings on the computer to Never.
