Modify and Fill

Traders can right click on a order and choose Modify and Fill.  The Modify and Fill allows users to send two orders to the market on the same time: One modify order followed by a buy/sell order.  This feature must be enabled in the settings window.

Cancel an fill can be enabled in settings->Order Entry.
