RTD issues

Version 1.9.6 is a Client only bug fix release.

This version fixes issues with Excel Real Time Data (RTD) connectivity.  Users with KODIAK Pro excel and Oms Excel add-in installed need to un-install that add-in.  

Bug Fixes

There were two issues fixed:

1: RTD in Price Quote and Aggregated Orderbook:  In some cases a multi threading issue caused values to be incorrect.

Excel add-in would receive 2 messages from KODIAK at the same time and would not update the Excel values in the correct order.  This did not always happen but just from time to time. 

2: Price Quotes RTD functions would not update correctly when a Price Quote order was removed or replaced in the market.

New Installations

New installations require version 1.9.4 install prior to this install.
