Select trading desk for client orders

Description

It is possible to have multiple trading desks (or groups) in KODIAK Oms.  It is possible for user groups to select to which trading desk they send their Client Orders. 

How to access

The feature is available in the Client Orders window.  

Functionality
Users can select a another group to send to.  The order is created by pressing the create button and the order will be visible in the other group.
