Aggregated trades features

Trade cancellations: If the exchanges cancels an execution then the execution will not be included in aggregated trades
Manual Trades: Market Makers can create manual trades/executions
Trade Reports: Trade reports are included in Aggregated trades
Copy/Paste: possible to copy and paste
Realised P/L within the day
Possible to filter the grid
