Create Instrument through Kodiak Admin (AdminX)

Through the Kodiak Admin user system the operation can be accessed in Basic Data → Instruments

Then you press the “Create” button in the top right corner.

It is useful to use the “Copy from” auto complete box (marked in red) when creating a new instrument, it is useful to since it will pre-fill all values from the selected Instrument in the “Copy from”

If creating a new equity instrument it is useful to find another equity instrument and vice versa for shares.
