KODIAK Excel Menu

KODIAK Excel installs a new menu on the far right of Excels menu bar.

General	Access to KODIAK functions and queries.
Settings	For adding, removing and configuring servers, user and -authentication settings and to update KODIAK .
Refresh	To refresh KODIAK functions and queries and clear Local Storage.
Actions	To select KODIAK cells or freeze KODIAK cells and to hide errors.
Logs	To see Event log, Function Log and Query Log
Help	Opens this help-wiki, shows version information and add-ins
