You can choose the use cache for selected functions and queries in Genius

  1. Select Settings in the toolbar to open the Genius Setting window. Image Added
  2. Make sure to uncheck the “Use recommended storage settings” box.Image Added
  3. Open the Functions and Queries by selecting Functions and Queries in the toolbar.
  4. Select a function or query you want to cache.
  5. Select below the functions and queries if you want cache results for a certain amount of time or permanently. If you do not want a function or query to be cached select “Do not store locally”.Image Added
  6. To remove cache settings select “Do not store locally” again for the function or query.
  7. You can see which functions and queries are cached in the list of functions and queries with Tree view or Search View selected. For Tree view. If you click on a cached function or query you will also see below the list if it is cached and for how long.Image AddedFor Search view see "Storage"Image Added


Clear Local Storage


To clear all cached values select Clear Local Storage in the toolbar. This clears the cached values stored locally on the computer.
