Features
Allocation: Manual settlement. Now it is possible to send special comments to back office. These messages can be used by back office people to process the allocations from KODIAK Oms.
To enable the Libra service config: <add key="ManualSettlementText" value="use any text "/>
To add the Manual check box in the KODIAK Oms users need to modify the the Client config: <add key="ManualSettlementEnabled" value="true"/>
Rejected by back office: Now it is reject orders in Libra and send the order back to KODIAK Oms. The rejected order becomes Allocation ready and the user can change the allocation parameters.
