New Features and fixes for the Kodiak OMS Client

Kodiak OMS 1.8.2 focuses on streamlining the user interface, fixing cosmetic issues and stomping out bugs. As such, new features will be released in the next release. 

Features

Allocation: Manual settlement.  Now it is possible to send a special comments to back office.  These messages can be used by back office people to process the allocations from KODIAK Oms.

To enable the Libra service config:  <add key="ManualSettlementText" value="use any text "/>
To add the Manual check box in the KODIAK Oms users need to modify the  the Client config: <add key="ManualSettlementEnabled" value="true"/>

Changes

Bond calculator	Bond calculator can now be found in the toolbar.
View and Tools combined	The menu for View and Tools have now been combined, with Bond Calculator and Aggregated trades being moved over into View.
Green color in watch list darkened	Due to popular demand we've turned the green color in Watch List / Aggregated Orderbook down some notes, from the previous lime green to a more pleasant forest green.
More Keyboard Shortcuts	Market order view now has keyboard shortcuts similar to Client order view; ENTER - Order details F5 - Modify order F6 - Cancel Order
Increased decimals in Dirty Price	Client order calculations now show 6 decimals instead of 4, for dirty price of bonds.
KODIAK OMS Documentation	The documentation for KODIAK OMS is now available in KODIAK OMS, under KODIAK menu > Help > Documentation.
New Logo and Splash Screen	KODIAK OMS 1.8.2 now has a new splash screen and logo.
